By using our services at Emailkitten, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Emailkitten offers services including, but not limited to:

• HTML email design and development
  
• Email template coding
  
• Custom campaign setup
  
• Responsive and accessible email builds
  

2. Payment Terms

• All projects require a written agreement and/or confirmation via email.
  
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  
• Late payments may incur a fee or result in paused work.
  

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  
• Ensuring any images or materials supplied do not infringe on copyright.
  

5. Ownership & Licensing

• Upon full payment, final designs and code are licensed to the client for use in the agreed-upon context (e.g., email campaigns).
  
• Emailkitten may showcase non-confidential projects in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  

6. Confidentiality

All project details and client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

7. Liability

While we strive for perfection, Emailkitten is not liable for:

• Third-party service errors (e.g., email platforms, deliverability issues).
  
• Losses or damages resulting from the use of our work after handover.
  

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.
